US studying Bin Laden ‘9/11 anniversary’ tape

. The US government has obtained a copy of a videotape purporting to be a message from Osama bin Laden and is studying it to see whether it is old or new, according to a report today.
The tape, news of which was first reported by an Islamist website last night, was being analysed today, unnamed US intelligence officials told the Reuters news agency.

Nearly three months ago Mr. Seferi was arrested by Iranian authorities in the Southern Azerbaijani city of Zengan and at the same time had succeeded to silence the victim’s brother and wife through threats and intimidation. The suspicion of friends and Southern Azerbaijani activists on the missing victim was verified when Mrs. Seferi was abducted in government premises approximately 10 days ago after being allured to visit her arbitrarily detained husband. Even now there is no official communiqué on their whereabouts.

Iranian budget plan: Esfahan (Fars) county gets more than 4 Azerbaycani (Turk) counties!

. Hidden truth was paying the decided very high budgets to Fars regions in cash, but for other counties, especially Azerbaijani regions on paper and in worthless words!

At the moment some of Azerbaijani MP’s have made their official complaint about that and also about the amount of money that government had decided to pay. There was not fair plan to use the yearly money, as for regions in need, less money was decided to be paid.

Twenty-one of those executed were political activists, said Ahadi, who is Iranian but lives in Germany chairing the Anti-Torture Organization.

Most people ‘want Iraq pull-out’

Some 39% of people in 22 countries said troops should leave now, and 28% backed a gradual pull-out. Just 23% wanted them to stay until Iraq was safe.

. I was often beaten and hear bad language. Illness and death cases occur more among soldiers. When you want ordinary medicine, they say “wait, you will be given as soon as it is brought from abroad.” Therefore, I could not stand any more and broke out of the military unit. I lost the way when I was trying to pass Armenia, and Azeri soldiers captured me. I have been living a capture life for many days. I cannot return to Armenia any more, I fear they would kill me.

. Kerry Nettle, a senator of the opposition Green party, said: “There are a number of instances of Russia transferring nuclear fuel and nuclear technology to countries such as Iran.”

Greenpeace Australia also criticised the deal saying Russia’s nuclear power industry was unsafe and the country had not ratified international agreements separating its military and civil nuclear programmes.
