Armed Northern Militias Complicate Afghan Security

Experts say the entrenchment of the militias, who once fought together against the Taliban, reflects divisions and mistrust among regional commanders of different ethnicities which — if left unchecked — could exacerbate tensions in the country at a time when its security situation is already on a razor’s edge

Mexico floods recede as more evacuated

. The army evacuated 5,000 people in a four-hour operation with 14 helicopters, police official Daniel Montiel said, as more food and bottled water was trucked in to crammed shelters that were struggling to provide enough meals and dry beds.

Army officials estimated another 80,000 people were still trapped in flooded homes, local media reported. Aerial images showed the area resembling a huge lake with just the tops of roofs poking through.

Turkish protest is attacked by Kurdish terrorists in Norway

. Theses protests had a clear message to both governments of countries and terrorist groups, which is the unity between all Turks living in the world.

In Norway, Turks from southern part of Azerbaijan joined the demonstration.

Attackers have injured several people and one of the injured is in critical condition. Some of Kurdish attackers are arrested by police while some escaped the scene.
