. Mr. Shadi is in Sarab prison now for his last years case which he was charged for being involved in mass demonstrations in Azerbaijan. He was sentenced to 6 month. He was allowed to have his days reduced after 30 days but he is still waiting for decision from prison managers.

The 1 extra day added to his 3 months shows that the judge does not want him to be allowed to appeal or even to have his charges rejected by another judge!
