. The participants offered to appeal to Turkish parliament for recognizing Khojaly tragedy as genocide. On February 13, the appeal signed by chiefs of about 300 NGOs and municipalities was presented to the Turkish parliament and political parties represented in the parliament. Bolivia declares flood ‘disaster’

Australia apology to Aborigines
