Appeals Court upholds court decision on Eynulla Fetullayev

Appeals Court today considered the appeal against Sabayel court decision on keeping editor-in-chief of Gundalik Azerbaijan and Realny Azerbaijan newspaper Eynulla Fetullayev in National Security Ministry’s detention place, Isakhan Ashurov lawyer for Eynulla Fetullayev told the APA.
The court upheld the decision of Sabayel district court.
Eynulla Fetullayev faced charges under articles 214.1 (threatening with terrorism) and 283.2.2 (stirring up national, racial, social or religious enmity) of Criminal Code.
