Mohammad Reza Avazpur is a 16 years old student. He and his brothers were arrested during uprisings of May 2006 in Azerbaijani regions. He was convicted before for his writing on a wall saying: “I am a Turk”, which is true. He is a Turk living in Turkish territories of Azerbaijan. Mr. Daghestani was editor in chef of Chenli Bel magazine for students. Aoturithy had seized his works, personal computer and his library of Turkish literature.

Insult to Iran’s leader is a crime which could end you up with imprisonment!

Iranian government is one of those who criticise Turkey for its constitution which describes insult to Ata Turk as a crime. But now, they apply those conditions those are not accepted any where else in the world but dictatorship ruled states! Just by the knowledge of a judge, you could end up serving months in jail.

Mohammad Reza Avazpur is a 16 years old student. He and his brothers were arrested during uprisings of May 2006 in Azerbaijani regions. He was convicted before for his writing on a wall saying: “I am a Turk”, which is true. He is a Turk living in Turkish territories of Azerbaijan.

But regarding fascist rules of Fars-Shia government, those kinds of truths are against the law! And those who attempt to do so must be punished!

Mohammad Reza Avazpur (Mehemmed Rza Evezpur) was sentenced to 9 month for his writings, now he get another 6 month for so called insult to Islamic leader of Iran! He has lost his chance to study and in this age he must serve 15 month behind Persian prison bars!

Reza Daghestani (Rza Dagistani) is another student who is student of Sulduz (Naghadeh) university.

He was detained and tortured for 27 days on May 2008 for attending a rally for International Mother Language Day in Urmu (Urmieh) and involvement in protests in the May 2006. He was released on unusual heavy bail of 40,000,000 Tuman (43,032 dollar).

Mr. Daghestani was editor in chef of Chenli Bel magazine for students. Aoturithy had seized his works, personal computer and his library of Turkish literature.

Reza Daghestani is sentenced to 8 months but because of his clear background and the softness of crimes! committed by him, he will not serve for 3 years if he does not commit any crime! His crimes were involvement in mass protest against Persian Chauvinism, demanding freedom of Mother Language, relations with Pan-Turk organisations and acting against the safety of Iranian state!
