The efforts by the Revolutionary Guards to usurp the fertile farming lands of Azerbaijan located in the border area have lead the population of Boyoqhanli, Qaradagli, Khalilqandi, Ayazqandi and Salmanqandi to rise up and caused the Revolutionary Guards to attack them. During the attack, an Azerbaijani Turk called Nouraddin Dargahi was martyred and many people were wounded.

The Islamic Republic does not seize the lands of the poor farmers for the first time. The examples of the resistance displayed by the Azerbaijani nation against the military forces have also been experienced many times in Turkmensahra.

The regime seeks to usurp the lands of Turkmens and the lands in the areas where Turkish is spoken. The reason for this is evident. The Islamic Republic intends to cut down the connections and communications completely among the Turkish speaking communities usurping the lands in the border areas.

Up to now, as it is observed in the Okhi Tappeh example, many resistance incidents displayed by the Turkmensahra villagers against Revolutionary Guards, police forces and state institutions have been crushed violently by the regime.

All the nations under oppression know the real intention of the Islamic Republic. The lie of the Islamic Republic has been exposed.

As the Turkmensahra Liberation Organization we denounce the oppression committed by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic against the Azerbaijan public, support the resistance of the Azerbaijani brothers and call all the liberalist parties, organizations and institutions to get united in the face of the regime’s brutality.
